A savvy software engineer, he is the business and technology lead at ALV Works. He has played a key role in a variety of projects with clients across the globe. His project management skills are commendable, and he has the ability to convert any idea into a reality. While industry experience has given him international exposure, his philanthropic interests have led him to organizations serving people with diverse needs from various backgrounds. Keenly interested in the areas of software and education, he sees good online learning solutions as the need of today and the future of tomorrow. Determined to help people pursue their dreams, he wants to make state of the art learning solutions available to everyone. When he is not working, he likes watching movies, exploring the outdoors, and is eager to capture exotic locales through his lens.
A linguist, a powerful communicator, a persuasive presenter and a professional trainer. A pioneer in the field of teaching spoken English in India, she can identify Skill Gaps and offer group-specific training. She has conducted training sessions in India and abroad, grooming several thousand people to speak English better. Her areas of expertise include accent training, accent neutralization/reduction and cross-cultural communication. A certified Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) trainer, Lakshmi's life coaching and stress management workshops are renowned. Applied Language Ventures (ALV) is a manifestation of her passion for languages and her commitment to human performance enhancement. Given the importance of English in today's times, she is determined to make her services available to people in all parts of the world by making creative use of technology. While she can make conversation in most Indian languages, she is fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi and French. Her interests include music, travel and meditation.
